Three Back to School Worksheets
#1 - Backpack Puzzler
Students must identify and correct 15 misspelled words in a backpack advertisement. Printable version with answers
#2 - Back-to-School Word Search
Younger students must add a missing vowel pair to each of 12 words, then find the words in the puzzle, and write the words again. They'll get lots of practice with common words they need to know.

#3 - Back-to-School Cryptogram
Students in middle school and up
will be
challenged to use what they know about spellings and letter patterns,
as well as their own vocabularies, to decode this list of school
supplies. Tips for solving cryptograms are provided.
